HOLISTIC THERAPY & NDIS

 

We all have areas of our lives we could do with a little support to work things through. Sal has over 20 years experience of working with young people and adults, supporting them to reach their true potential by building confidence, resilience and self worth.

THESE SESSIONS CAN BE OFFERED IN PERSON FOR SOUTHERN GOLD COAST AND NORTHERN NSW FUNCTIONAL BREATHING SESSIONS CAN BE OFFERED ONLINE.

 

Sally specialises in working with people who experience

  • Anxiety

  • Illness and the journey back to recovery

  • Mentoring for young people 

  • Stress

  • Sleeping problems

 

Counselling does not always have to be carried out while being sedentary. This is why Sally offers a choice of either quiet talk time or activity based support that not only enables you to try new skills, but also enables you to explore new abilities. You will have a safe space where you can be yourself - talk about life & move towards living the life that you want to live. 

Everyone has their own unique needs and experiences, so Sal will work to ensure that your service is tailored to you. Sal will work with you to identify and build on your existing strengths and capabilities, whilst helping identify your needs. 

Through these sessions, you will gain the tools needed to develop new ways of relating to your experiences and building the capacity to achieve your goals.

ACTIVITY CHOICE

You will have a choice of:

  • Swimming

  • Surfing

  • Bodyboarding

  • Ocean Awareness

  • Walking

  • Rope Flow Training

  • Functional Breath Retraining

 

Some of the skills that you may learn through these sessions include:

  • Understand yourself & other people.

  • Develop & improve relationships with friends, loved ones, school, work & community.

  • Find direction in life; Set and achieve meaningful and realistic goals

  • Expand your self-care abilities

  • Help to identify challenging behaviours and find more adaptive and alternate strategies

  • Improve 

  • Improve your physical health, mental health & wellbeing
