Sal combines her skills from her training as an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor and Apnea Survival Instructor to create her own unique style. You will start your breath training journey by having your breathing assessed to make sure the exercises prescribed to you are appropriate for your needs.
As breathing is something our bodies automatically do with out much thought, the training techniques you'll learn will build your awareness of your breath. This is important as it's hard to make changes to something if you are not aware of what is already happening. You will then move on to implement positive change by using different breathing techniques. The outcome offers you more choices of how to influence the breath, mind and body which can be used in all sorts of areas of your life.
Private sessions can be attended online or in-person. The training start with a 75 min initial consultation to assess breathing patterns and history. After this training session are 60 mins.
It is suggested you start of with a 6 session package to enable your body and mind to adapt to the new breathing habits.
Through out the sessions you will create an understanding of how your breathing effects how you function, think and feel. You will be given a copy of the exercises to do in your own time.

GROUP BREATH CLASS
Breath Classes are available in person or online. You can attend as a casual or sign up for monthly subscriptions. All new participants will start their breath journey with a free online 1/2 breath assessment and consultation.
Monday 5.30pm, this class is all about the function of how you breathe. You will experience exercises which switch off the nervous system and exercises for getting energised. It is like doing a gentle workout for your breathing muscles, as these are just as important as all the other muscles in your body.
