PRIVATE SESSIONS

PRIVATE BREATHING ASSESSMENT/TRAINING

Assessment can be attended online or in person and lasts for 60 minutes. During the session, I will assess your breathing patterns, the myofunction of the lips, tongue, and cheeks, as well as your general health history. If you desire, the information gathered from this assessment will be used to create the content of a 6-session training program tailored to your breathing needs. If  your needs are more suited to myofunction therapy, the program will be slightly different.

Throughout these sessions, you will develop an understanding of how your breathing affects how you function, think, and feel. You will receive a copy of the to practice at your own convenience and keep for future reference.

Bookings for inperson appointments are available Tuesday 3pm - 6pm Qld. Online bookings are available Monday - Wednesday.

This course is available for individuals and small groups who have completed the Ocean Confidence Breath Control Course. 

 

Pool sessions will be delivered at the Tweed South Aquatic Centre.

 

You will learn the skills to deal with these situations by developing techniques for managing stress, enhancing self-awareness, practicing self-control, and making good decisions through breath control in and under the water.

These skills can be applied not only in the water but across all facets of life, benefiting your health and wellness.
