Understanding how breathing affects the body can be extremely powerful when making changes to the way we live our lives.
Flowstate uses Oxygen Advantage breath training to take you through a journey of assessment, explanation and practice. Regular practice can help to reduce or resolve issues such as:

You can enjoy a variety of different settings to receive your breath training.
Private session consist of a 1 hr. session in person or online. Your breathing patterns and functionality will be assessed before learning about how your breathing affects your body. You will then be led through the breath practice and develop an understanding of how you feel during the different exercises.
Twice a week we come together at the beautiful Kirra Community Centre for a 1hr breath class. Enjoy your 1st Class Free!!
This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in time to stop, relax and find stillness either in person or online.
These classes are like a workout for your breathing muscles, as these are just as important than all the other muscles in your body. You don't need any special skills or abilities to attend as the class is appropriate for everyone.
As a result from attending the class, you will have the ability to develop:
