Monday and Thursday 5.00pm classes are like a workout for your breathing muscles, as these are just as important as all the other muscles in your body. You will also experience CO2 exercises as well as breath holds.
Monday 6.30pm class is designed to help you switch off, slow your breath and get into the perfect state to relax and sleep soundly all night.
You don't need any special skills or abilities to attend as the class is appropriate for everyone.
As a result from attending the class, you will have the ability to develop:
Functional breath training
Increase aerobic threshold
Sleep better and increase energy
